Meet Wilson’s Mobile Book Emporium, Houston’s bookstore on wheels. Run by husband-and-wife duo Brian and Jennifer Wilson, the business has only been driving around Houston since the beginning of summer. You can usually find the truck parked outside of local coffee shops. The Japanese kei truck carries about 600 books, and is a fully functional vehicle, complete with a stick shift and steering wheel on the right side.

“I’ll put my favorite authors [on the truck] and then my wife has a good selection too,” Brian told COURIER HTX. “But also when people come up here and ask ‘Do you have this book?’ and I’ll say ‘No but I’ll put it on my list,’ because if you ask for it, most likely someone else will ask for it too.”
