We’re halfway through Asian American and Pacific Islander Month 2024 and the DFW still has plenty of events celebrating the beauty and diversity of Asian and Pacific Island culture. Check out these events popping up this weekend.

 

Asian Heritage Fest at Asia Times Square in Grand Prairie, May 17-19 

 

Art After Dark: AAPI Heritage at the Southeast Branch of the Arlington Public Library, Friday May 17, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

 

2nd Annual AAPI Celebration at Samson Park in Dallas, Saturday May 18 10 a.m. -2 p.m.

 

Asian American Heritage Festival at Winters Park Amphitheater in Garland, Saturday May 18 2-10 p.m.

 

Dragon Boat Festival at Bath House Cultural Center in Dallas, Sunday May 19 10 a.m. -4 p.m.

 

Majestic Lion Dance Show at 8th Wonder Brewery in Dallas, Sunday May 19 4 p.m.
