School is back in session in Texas, and some students will be attending private school using taxpayer dollars. But according to new data obtained by the Dallas Morning News, thousands of private school voucher recipients have returned their awarded funds, proving some critics’ warnings that eligibility in the program doesn’t guarantee access.
