Ken Paxton’s tenure as Attorney General is ‘a betrayal of Texas,’ says Democrat candidate

State Sen. Nathan Johnson (D-Dallas) is looking to become Texas’ next Attorney General, a position he says was abused by Ken Paxton over the last 11 years. Johnson will face his Republican opponent, Mayes Middleton, in the general election on Nov. 3.
