Democratic nominee for US Senate James Talarico told attendees at a town hall in Desoto Monday night that it was crucial to limit the influence of predatory corporate interests in the housing market, so that Black Texans can buy homes and build more wealth, which he argued would benefit “all of us across the state of Texas.”
