🗳️ Where to vote early in Houston

Early voting is right around the corner, running from Oct. 19 to Oct. 30. Early voting comes with perks like shorter wait times and more flexibility. Voting before Election Day also means fewer campaign calls, texts, and door knocks, since campaigns use voting records to target messaging.

If you never write down important dates, now’s your chance to set aside a minute to mark your calendar. Here’s a convenient list of early voting locations across Harris County. Just find the one closest to you and get ready to cast your ballot on Monday.

If you don’t have time in the morning, the polls close at 7 p.m., so add a voting center to your route home from work.

Want to vote early but can’t make it in person? No problem. The deadline to apply for a mail-in ballot is Oct. 23. Fill out this application and mail it to the Harris County Clerk’s Office (address enclosed).

If you can vote early or by mail, you’ll have to cast your ballot on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3. Here’s your list of Election Day voting sites.

Already set? Let’s go, Houston! Forward this to your friend who forgot to vote early last time.
