Last week, I told you that President Trump was expected to visit NASA to honor the Artemis II crew. Now, his Houston visit is in the books—and it included a new US space academy, a moon-bound plaque and a phone call to the International Space Station that’s getting some laughs.

Remember NASA’s plans for a long-term trip to the moon? Well, Trump just signed a commemorative plaque that astronauts plan to take to the moon for those future missions.

But it was his phone call to space that stole the show for many viewers. 

In an uploaded video clip, Trump can be seen yelling into a landline phone in a moment viewers have compared to an “SNL cold open.”
