‘No regulations’: Fort Worth resident questions how the city will regulate data center noise

Letitia Wilbourn, a Fort Worth resident and environmental activist, was told by the Fort Worth Code Enforcement Supervisor that the only way to address the noise pollution coming from a trucking company behind her home is for her to talk to the company about the issue herself. “If that’s all they can do, how does the City of Fort Worth plan on enforcing noise from a data center?” she told Courier Texas. Wilbourn, who lives near a proposed data center site, voiced her concerns to the city council during a meeting on Tuesday.
