See what Ken Paxton’s whopping $9 million real estate portfolio looks like

Most Texans can’t afford to buy a home. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has 15 of them.

Despite only receiving a salary of $153,000 a year as Texas attorney general, Ken Paxton has become a multimillionaire as a public official.

According to property records reviewed by the New York Times amid his highly publicized divorce, Paxton is the owner of four condominiums at a luxury Utah resort, three homes in Florida, a cabin in Oklahoma, a plot of land in Hawaii, and at least seven other properties—15 in total, worth roughly $9 million.

If you’re wondering what that amount of wealth looks like, Courier Texas has obtained photos of Paxton’s various properties that were found and verified based on local public property records. Check them out below.

Recent reporting from The Texas Tribune and ProPublica reveal that Paxton has been living in this Frisco mansion for the last several months.

Denton County records show that the property was purchased under the 5 Harbour Town Court Revocable Living Trust. While trusts in Texas aren’t legally required to disclose their ownership, evidence points to the trust being linked to Paxton.

The address listed for the Esther Blind Trust, a different trust Paxton created in 2015 “meant to create a firewall between him and his increasing business investments as he was sworn into statewide office,” was changed to the Frisco home address a week after it was purchased.

According to the New York Times, police reports refer to a woman who is not Paxton’s wife as the owner. Paxton has been photographed traveling abroad with the same woman in recent weeks.

Anglea Paxton, who announced she filed for divorce in July 2025, told The Texas Tribune that she has no connection to the Denton County home or the trust that purchased it.

In June, a Tribune reporter visited the Frisco residence and placed a letter for Paxton in the mailbox, where they saw an envelope addressed to him. Additionally, Paxton appeared on a podcast last month seated in front of a fireplace and mantle that is an identical match to the home’s online real estate listing. The Tribune also reports that neighboring residents have spotted Paxton in the gated community.
