USDA secretary says food supply ‘not at risk’ amid new screwworm cases in Texas


USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins says the U.S. food supply is “not at risk” despite newly reported New World screwworm cases in Texas involving a calf and a dog. “The food supply system remains intact and couldn’t be safer or better than any other food supply system in the world,” Rollins said during a press conference.
