Howdy folks š (in my Big Tex voice).
Today is the first day of the State Fair of Texasādo you plan on attending? Last year, there was lots of talk about how expensive the fair had gotten, but organizers said they’ve worked to ensure it’s more affordable this time around.
If you attend the fair for the new and creative foods, make sure you check out this list of Big Texas Choice Award finalists and winners to help inform your visit.
If you attend this weekend, write in and let me know about your experience. What’s your favorite food item this year? Did you attend a concert? How much did you spend for your family to attend? Let me know so I can share your insights with the Courier DFW audience. Thanks in advance.
