At a Kerrville rally on Aug. 31, Democratic nominee for US Senate in Texas James Talarico took direct aim at Flock Safety’s license plate camera network, warning it goes far beyond ordinary security cameras. “They can recognize you by your license plate, by your face—even how you walk,” Talarico said, describing the system’s ability to build what Flock itself calls “pattern-of-life” mapping.
